My reasons are D and E are some kind of invitation but it's not personal and it's targeted towards the public so they are not really invitations but they're announcements.

The Poor Man's Wealth Once upon a time, Ramchand and Premchand were neighbours in a little town. Ramchand was a poor farmer. Me and My Dreams

~Background Hi everyone! My name is Marchotridyo, people usually call me Marcho.
